are your rates?
Mind
Ignition offers
a free half hour initial consultation
so that we may discuss how we can be of assistance with
your current needs.
Once
we establish at what point you are at with marketing
your business and what your short and long-term goals
are, we ask that you complete a Mind
Ignition
Discovery Sheet. The information
we will glean out of this exercise will be of enormous
value to both of us as we begin our journey together.
Some of the questions may need to be completed together
in our intake session, which will be conducted at a
later date, either by phone or in person, depending
on your location.
There
will be an upfront fee for the intake session.
Before
we begin working on any projects, we will quote you
a per-project estimated price (normally including a
minimum and maximum fee).

What
are your payment terms?
The fee for the intake session is due at the end of
the session. As far as project work, we require one
half of the minimum quoted project fee before we begin
any work. The balance will be due upon delivery of the
final product/s.

What
type of payment do you accept?
Payment
within Canada may be made by certified check or bank
draft.
Canadian
clients will be billed in Canadian dollars; international
clients will be billed in U.S. dollars.

outside of Canada to be made online through PayPal.

What
about confidentiality?
Just
like any other consulting organization, Mind
Ignition guarantees confidentiality
to its clients. Any specific details regarding
a client's particular business practices, plans for
future expansion, fee structure, etc. are only used
during our work together. Generic, industry-specific
information may at times be used to indicate the scope
of past projects we have undertaken. On occasion, we
may ask for permission to use certain materials we have
created on behalf of our clients as work samples. All
of the samples used on this website have been posted
with full approval of our clients.

As
a client, what do I need to do to make this arrangement
work?
After
the initial complimentary consultation, we ask that
you complete the Mind
Ignition Discovery Sheet as completely
as possible. Once we have sent you the Mind
Ignition Project Quote/Contract, which
outlines the project requirements, deliverables, and
conditions, as agreed to by both parties, we ask that
you sign it and return it to us by or e-mail.

Is
there anything else I should know about working with
Mind Ignition?
In order for us to provide you with the best possible
project, we need you, our client, to be available for
clarification and feedback on the project.
The
final product will be sent to you electronically, unless
otherwise specified.
